We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for driving innovative strategies and expanding our client base.
We are looking for candidates all over Belarus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the database of potential clients and establish communication through various channels
- Launch and manage email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-channel campaigns for the US, UK and DACH markets using modern tools. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Engage in online communication with potential clients, including outreach during events and conferences
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring a steady flow of quality leads that convert into customers
- Participate in market trends and customer insights analyzing to refine targeting strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Accurately schedule sales appointments
Our Expectations:
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or business development
- Experience using a CRM system
- English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level
- Proactive attitude and the ability to find solutions independently
