Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a vital role in designing interfaces that are not only visually engaging but also highly functional and user-friendly. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product developers and learning content specialists, you will be instrumental in shaping our eLearning platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype engaging user experiences for eLearning web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure that design concepts are feasible and aligned with our vision.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system and ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, design standards, and best practices to enhance our eLearning solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the eLearning or tech industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Must be willing to relocate to Minsk
