About the role:
As Customer Service Representative you will form an integral part of our company’s support operations. This is a hugely autonomous role with a lot of responsibility giving you real space to build and be part of the success of the service team. It's a full time job, work is done remotely (from your own home).
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure strong performance within KPIs
- Direct report to the Head of Customer Service
- Service existing customers to manage inbound inquiries while delivering high-quality customer satisfaction and service
- Provide support to the team
- Help customers onboard, troubleshoot any issues with their account
- Help with the retention of customers
- Engage with customers directly via email and chat as needed
- Address any customer complaints and escalate as needed
- Be responsive online

Further requirements:
- Diligent, organized and self-motivated individual with previous experience in customer service
- Strong oral and written English communication skills is a must
- Diligence and ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
- Financial services experience with an understanding of consumer loans is a plus
- Excel knowledge is a plus
