Mindtech | Neo Group team is on the lookout for a VIP Account Manager to join our VIP Team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.
- Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.
- Fluency in Russian and a good command of English.
- Previous experience in VIP account management.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
