TouchSoft is hiring! We are a worldwide software service provider and currently looking for a Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Requirements for the position:

• 1 year+ experience in lead generation using Upwork;
• Strong understanding of Upwork’s profile management, search algorithms, and proposal techniques;
• Ability to craft persuasive proposals that resonate with potential clients;
• Strong writing skills, business English;
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Develop and execute Upwork strategy for lead generation from scratch;
• Build and manage Upwork profiles;
• Research and identify new opportunities for lead generation through Upwork;
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize profiles and proposals for lead generation;
• Work closely with our internal team to align Upwork efforts with broader business development strategies;
• Stay updated with Upwork platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in performance.
