BANNER AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL, INC. is an international distributor of aerospace components, consumables and GSE equipment, based in the Miami area, Florida. We offer our customers a wide range of parts for commercial aircraft (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer etc.) and helicopters (Airbus Helicopters, Bell, Leonardo and Sikorsky).
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join a global supplier of aircraft parts and equipment. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for a range of data entry and data management tasks crucial for our Business Development Department.
Attention to detail, the ability to set priorities, and meet deadlines are important aspects of this role.
IF you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to accommodate an irregular work schedule due to the presence of offices in different time zones.

Responsibilities:
- Provides regular statistical data on employee performance.
- Manages regular broadcasting.
- Maintains regular personal contact with employees (calls, messengers, email) to monitor task completion; provides corresponding reports for Management.
- Inputs and updates client data in the ERP system on a regular basis.
- Carries out tasks assigned by Management.
- Performs analytical research: companies, markets, competitors, both existing and potential clients.
- Submits regular reports to Management in accordance with the approved plan.
- Maintains a list of events recommended and mandatory to attend (exhibitions, shows, meetings).
- Provides initial budgeting for marketing events.
- Searches for suppliers of marketing materials, creates reports and proposals for purchases.
