Job Summary:

Banner Aircraft International Inc., a global distributor of aerospace components, is seeking a Junior Coordinator (Trainee) to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for recent university graduates or junior specialists with minimal working experience looking to kick-start their careers in customer support and sales. As a Junior Coordinator, you will receive comprehensive training, enabling you to develop into a professional in the field.

Major Duties:

• Assist in obtaining quotations and securing competitive bids for aerospace components and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries about order status and deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining record keeping.
• Support sales representatives, sales managers, and the shipping department.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and place orders with vendors.
• Conduct research on potential suppliers and products.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, working towards shared performance goals.

Desired Education/Experience for Hiring:

• Recent university graduate (degree preferred).
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Team-oriented and committed to supporting co-workers.
