Responsibilities:
- Ask prequalifying questions according to the script to assess customer needs;
- Transfer qualified customers to licensed agents;
- Persuade clients and make successful transfers.
Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- PC (Windows) and stable Ethernet connection (LAN). APPLE SOFTWARE AND WI-FI ARE NOT SUITABLE;
- Speed not less than 100 MB/s, min i5 and 8 GB RAM.
- Good headset (Logitech, etc.);
- Available 9 AM to 6 PM EST (6 pm - 3 am Uzbekistan time)*.
