Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging content across various channels. This includes help pages, user guides, blog articles, social media posts, and other support and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content for a broad audience.

• Develop and maintain help pages, user manuals, FAQs, and product documentation for our Google Workspace apps and extensions.
• Write informative blog articles showcasing product features, tips, use cases, and industry insights.
• Create engaging social media content to promote product updates, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and support teams to gather information and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with support articles, release notes, email campaigns, and other customer communication materials.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines.

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar content creation role, preferably in software products, SaaS, or office productivity tools.
• Ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating documentation
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Markdown, Google Docs, WordPress, or similar content tools is a plus.
