• Tasks and duties
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet organizational objectives (OKR).
  • Coordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and resource allocation to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Supervise and motivate project and operational teams, assigning tasks and setting goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and address concerns to maintain positive relationships.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize value.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Identify operational and project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate project and operational success.
  • Generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
