• Responding to player queries pronto, whether it's through live chat or email.
• Building trust and satisfaction by handling interactions with professionalism.
• Keeping an eye on what our players are saying and suggesting ways we can make things even better.
• Making sure different teams are on the same page so we can tackle issues efficiently.
• Being the champion of positive player experiences and overall happiness.

What we need from you:

• Fluent in English (C1) and Russian as your native language.
• Killer communication skills - you know how to talk the talk and write like a pro.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities to tackle any challenge head-on.
• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
