Jam, our trusted hiring partner in Russia, is helping us expand our world-class team. Right now, we’re looking for a Sales manager — someone hungry to close big deals and shape the future of gaming.
Location: Full-time, in-office position in Novosibirsk
What You’ll Do:

Identify trending games and initiate conversations with international studios and developers

Negotiate deals (starting from $20,000) primarily via social media and messaging platforms in English

Build a strong presence in the gaming community and grow your personal brand

Work with daily leads, manage reports, and contribute to lead generation

Improve your understanding of game analytics and investment strategies
Who You Are:

2+ years in sales, ideally with experience closing high-value deals

Strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly

Confident English communicator (B2 or higher) — written and spoken

Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow fast

Energetic, curious, and ready to take initiative
