An Guest Operation Manager with Hampton by Hilton is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Front Desk and F&B to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring team member standards.

What will I be doing?
As an Guest Operation Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of F&B department and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Guest Operation Manager would also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure efficient operation of Front desk service and F&B services (Bar, Restaurant and banqueting).
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with both the guests and the team.
- Ensure a high level of hospitable customer service is constantly maintained in accordance with the Hampton by Hilton values.
- Monitor appearance, standards and performance of FB and FO Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality.
- Training and developing Team members to deliver guest services according per brand standards.
- Maximize room revenue as well as bar/restaurant sales.
- Drive Hilton honors enrolments and actively work in improving Guest loyalty.
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure effective interaction between the FB, FO and other departments of the hotel.
- Manage and control daily costs and stocks of necessary operational materials to ensure the efficiency of service
- Take active part in updating guest services according per brand standards as well as use innovative best practices to improve the service
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Who are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality ( experience in brand hotels will be an advantage)
- 1 year experience at Manager position of a hotel operational department (experience in Front desk department will be an advantage)
- Open-minded and positive
- Excellent communication skills
- Well balanced and organized
- Flexible to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations including
- Committed to deliver high level of customer service
- Interested in developing others to be part of a winning team
- Fluent English and Russian is required (other foreign language skills will be an advantage)
