We’re hiring an HR Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding engine in Dubai.

You’ll work side by side with our recruiters, sales team leads, and new hires to make sure every step — from interview to onboarding — runs smoothly and on time.

About One Broker Group (OBG)

We’re one of Dubai’s top master broker and development advisory firms, working directly with major developers on exclusive projects. With 150+ hires planned in the next 3 months, we’re growing fast — and need your help to stay organized and fast.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule interviews, collect documents, and prepare offer letters

• Organize onboarding sessions and coordinate with team leads and trainers

• Track candidate statuses, update hiring dashboards, and follow up on pending steps

• Make sure every new hire is registered, onboarded, and ready to start selling

• Support our recruiters and Head of HR with daily operational tasks

Who You Are

• Based in Dubai, able to work on-site full-time

• Highly organized, proactive, and reliable

• Fast with communication (WhatsApp, email, calls)

• Confident working in Notion, Google Sheets, or other basic tools

• Previous HR or admin experience is a plus — but not required
