STRONG Team is an international software vendor focused on creating revenue-driving digital products for the financial sector.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and deliver business value. You will oversee the entire design process, from research to prototyping and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces in Figma, ensuring consistency across products.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Identify user needs and propose user-centered solutions.

• Develop and maintain design styles and systems.

• Build and maintain design libraries to ensure scalability and consistency.

• Engage with clients to gather and clarify requirements.

• Present and defend design concepts, while remaining open to feedback.

• Oversee the design cycle, from research to post-launch analysis.

Requirements:

• Solid spoken and written English (interviews will be conducted in English).

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end processes.

• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Ownership mentality: Take full responsibility for the design process and the success of the final product.

• Initiative-driven: Proactively suggest improvements and innovations throughout the design cycle.

Key requirements:

• Based in Dubai or open to relocation
• Fluent business English (B2+) — regular communication with the client is expected

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

• Experience with product analytics tools.
