Key Responsibilities

Handling Inquiries

• Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide detailed information about properties, availability, rates, and special offers.
• Maintain a comprehensive leads record and a daily follow-up sheet.

Processing Bookings

• Accurately process bookings, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the reservation system.
• Confirm reservations and send confirmation emails to guests.
• Update payment statuses and communicate with accounts and revenue departments.
• Maintain proper records of check-in agreements and signature statuses.
• Handle DTCM, SKANI registration, and manage all building management platforms.

Guest Communication

• Communicate with guests prior to arrival regarding booking status, special requests, changes, or cancellations.
• Provide guests with information about the property, local attractions, amenities, and available services.
• Address and resolve reservation-related issues or complaints professionally.

Coordination

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and requirements are met.
• Work with operations to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with accounts and revenue departments to confirm payment statuses.

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of reservation agreements and update the system with any changes.

Review Management

• Monitor, respond to, and manage guest reviews to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Can speak English and Russian

Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Familiarity with reservation systems and property management platforms is a plus.
