Customer Support Specialt

PharmaStaff is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to our clients and candidates. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Provide accurate information about our services and respond to client and candidate questions

Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution

Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for service improvements

Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure

Proficiency with email, phone systems

A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

Flunet English (IELTS 7 or above)
