Responsibilities

Financial reporting
-
Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across countries.

Data consolidation and final review of reports.
2. Control functions

Reconciliation of the credit portfolio and provisions.

Cash reconciliation and verification of bank statements.

Ensuring financial data accuracy and transparency.
3. Audit and compliance
-
Development and implementation of internal audit procedures.

Interaction with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
4. Multi-country accounting and reporting
-
Optimization of financial processes across multiple countries.

Adaptation of financial reporting to local and international standards.
Key requirements
- Strong background in banking and lending is a must.

Qualification certifications: CFA or ACCA are a must.

Extensive knowledge of financial controls, reconciliation, and audits.

Fluency in English and Russian.

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
-
Experience in international companies, preferably with multi-country exposure, is a advantage.
