About the Project
The Uzbekistan Digital Inclusion Project supports the country’s digital economy by training youth, women, and people with disabilities in IT and language skills. The goal is to create more digital jobs, especially in regional areas.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Public Relations Specialist to lead PR campaigns that attract at least 20,000 applicants nationwide for the training programs. You will focus on reaching vulnerable groups and helping them stay engaged through the training.
Your Responsibilities

Create and run PR campaigns to promote training programs.

Work with the IT Park creative team on digital ads (Meta, Telegram).

Use social media, mass media, community events, and partnerships to spread the word.

Organize events like workshops and career fairs, ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities.

Build relationships with government, NGOs, media, and influencers.

Share success stories to motivate participants.

Track and report on outreach results monthly.

Visit regions to engage local communities and monitor activities.

Help reduce dropout rates and support participants until graduation.

Manage crisis communication if needed.
What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or similar.

At least 3 years in PR, marketing, or community outreach.

Experience working with women and people with disabilities is a plus.

Strong media contacts and social media skills.

Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (written and spoken).

Good at organizing, communicating, and working with teams.

Passion for social inclusion and helping vulnerable groups.
