## What You'll Do:
- Connect with potential drivers and showcase why our company is the best choice for their career
- Assist our daytime dispatcher in keeping operations running smoothly
- Update brokers, answer calls, and provide crucial support to our drivers
## What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in the trucking industry (required)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- A passion for building relationships and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
## What We Offer:
- Competitive starting salary of $600 and $800 after trial period of 1 month
- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM US Central Time
