Looking for a real office mistress))

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the office territory;
• Incoming/outgoing mail;
• Responsible for managing drivers and vehicles;
• Ensures cleanliness and order in the office premises;
• Draws up the necessary documents for concluding contracts for: supply of stationery, consumables and other inventory items necessary for the operation of the office; maintenance and repair of office equipment; other services;
• Assistance in booking hotels for employees on business trips;
• Responsible for foreign affairs and visa management (upon request);
• Carrying out instructions from the manager;

Requirements:-

• Active, enthusiastic and careful, with a good sense of responsibility and high-quality service;
• Good at Russian, English speaking, and if Chinese speaking (prefer), it would be better.
• Familiar with local customs, culture, and basic situations;
• Obey business trips (such as to Astana and Turkestein);
• Those who have participated in external activities in company or school are preferred;
• Familiar with the use and maintenance of usual office equipment, and the use of basic office software and computer operations.
