Responsibilities:
-
Prepare assembly stand drawings/auxiliary work surfaces/worktable designs
-
Convert product development drawings into production-ready technical drawings
-
Implement engineering change orders (ECOs)
-
Update and track drawings at production sites
-
Create 2D technical drawings for clips and plastic components
-
Develop 3D models based on plastic parts and fasteners
-
Proactively complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
-
Demonstrated communication, coordination, organizational, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
-
Stress tolerance with rigorous, clear logical thinking
-
Fast learner with strong achievement orientation

Working knowledge of assembly processes and hands-on experience
-
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and PRO-E
-
Associate degree or higher (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
-
1+ years of technical drawing experience
-
Wire harness industry experience preferred
-
