Primary Focus:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise applications.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access control.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server (on-premise) and hybrid configurations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Apply security updates, patches, and endpoint protection across the environment.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file systems, and domain trusts.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, and related productivity tools.
• Create and manage user accounts, email aliases, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and policies.
• Collaborate on IT projects including migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and incident responses.
• Respond to support requests, system alerts, and critical incidents on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, licensing requirements, and external regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar technical role (minimum 2–3 years).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and local Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Proficient in managing Windows Server environments and services (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash preferred).
• Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Windows Backup).
• Good documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills.
