Job Purpose
To support the HR Manager in preparing and organizing HR documentation, assisting with visa and migration procedures for foreign employees, and ensuring smooth administrative operations of the office. This position includes regular business trips to the Sirdarya Region and is open to recent university graduates.
Key Responsibilities
I. HR Support Responsibilities
- Prepare job offers, leave forms, termination letters, and other HR documentation in accordance with labor legislation and internal policies.
- Maintain personnel files and employee records, ensuring completeness and legal compliance.
- Track leave balances, contract expiration dates, and staff movement within the company.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Help with HR documentation for employees in the Syrdarya Region.
- Manage a training table for employees.
II. Administrative & Visa Support Responsibilities
- Manage visa applications, work permits, and residency registration for foreign employees.
- Monitor the validity of visas and permits, and coordinate timely extensions or renewals.
- Liaise with migration and labor authorities to submit documentation and represent the company when necessary.
- Assist foreign staff with official paperwork and accompany them to relevant institutions.
- Draft and translate official correspondence (English–Russian–Uzbek).
- Maintain organized records of all administrative and legal documentation.
III. General Administrative Duties
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
- Organize internal meetings, staff events, business trips, and training sessions.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for company events, HR initiatives, and office-wide communications.
- Coordinate with service providers and suppliers as required.
- Welcome and see off company guests and visitors; offer and serve coffee, tea, or refreshments during meetings and visits.
IV. Travel Requirements
Frequently travel to the Syrdarya Region to support HR and administrative functions, deliver documents, and coordinate on-site HR activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Administration, International Relations, or a related language field.
- Position is suitable for recent graduates as well.
- Confident computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), document formatting, use of office equipment.
- Language level: English - Upper Intermediate (B2), Russian and Uzbek.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High motivation to learn and grow within the HR or administrative field.
