We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with design skills to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel campaigns to attract and engage key customer audiences in the European and US markets.
IBA Group is a European-based IT integrator with diverse expertise, offering a broad range of services across technologies such as SAP, IoT, DevOps, Cloud, BI, Big Data, mainframe maintenance, RPA + ML, and AI.
Skills and Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in marketing project management within software or a related field, targeting English-speaking markets

Visual content creation skills (e.g., images, infographics, videos), including proficiency with Figma and AI tools

Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of campaign measurement and a proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions

Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders (e.g., marketing, lead development, sales, global delivery, business planning)

A product mindset: ability to think from the user’s perspective and align marketing initiatives with product/service goals.

English proficiency at the B2–C1 level

Experience with HubSpot
What will you be responsible for?

Develop and optimize top-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase demand for our solutions

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, event support, cold outreach, social media, webinars, content marketing, and email marketing

Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and translate findings into actionable strategies

Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine our service and product offerings

Manage the campaign calendar to align with internal and external milestones (e.g., events, launches, seasonal cycles)

Create compelling, audience-specific messaging and content

Support the sales development team by maintaining fresh, relevant, and lead-generating content
