About the role:
We’re looking for a self-driven and Сreative Motion Designer to craft engaging ad videos that promote our mobile apps.
You’ll own the full production cycle — from competitive research and scripting to editing the final cut.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

What You'll Do:

• lead projects end-to-end: analyze competitors, find references, write scripts, and edit high-performing ad creatives;
• adapt and repurpose existing videos for different formats and campaign goals;
• keep an eye on motion design trends — and be the first to try them out;
• collaborate with influencers: write briefs and manage video footage production.

What We Expect from You:

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design, preferably with a focus on mobile apps;
• а portfolio that shows off your creative ad work;
• strong skills in After Effects and Photoshop;
• solid understanding of animation principles, tracking, and keying;
• experience with generative AI tools to create or enhance video footage;
• сonfident in handling video production from idea and storyboard to the final render;
• basic shooting skills (bonus points);
• english level: at least B1 (written)
• independent and proactive — you manage your own workflow and take ownership of results;
• always full of fresh ideas and eager to test them;
• a great communicator and reliable team player;
• detail-oriented, well-organized with files and assets.
