Minsk Marriott Hotel is currently looking for dedicated and talented Reservation Agent to join our family!
JOB SUMMARY:
- To input and update reservations from all booking channels, ensuring that all relevant information is included on the booking and that any special request or requirements are communicated to relevant departments;
- To respond to all guest requests, external and internal, to provide guests with information about hotel services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Higher Professional Education;
- Fluent in written & spoken English;
- Excelent attention to details;
- Strong communication skills;
- Focused on providing consistently high standards of customer service;
- High level of responsibility, stress resistance, team player.
