Backend Software Engineer (Remote – Talent Pool)

What You’ll Do (When Matched to a Project)
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

Write clean, secure, and well-tested code in your core stack (Node.js, PHP, .NET, or Python)

Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams

Contribute to technical architecture and system design decisions

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across systems

Stay updated with backend best practices and industry trends

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in backend development

Solid experience with at least one of the following:

Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)

PHP (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)

.NET (C#)

Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)

Strong understanding of API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and backend architecture

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD workflows

Experience with containerization (Docker) and testing frameworks

Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills

English level: B2 or higher (required) – must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English

Bonus: Experience in DevOps or system architecture
