We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively manage client accounts while driving sales growth for the company.

Requirements:

• Confident level of English\French language (other languages are an advantage);
• Comfortable in communicating with people;
• Be able to present yourself professionally (phone/telemarketing sales experience is an advantage);
• To be motivated by the idea of increasing your own income on a monthly basis;
• You are ready to devote yourself to studying and memorizing all the training materials and information provided in the company's training program;
• Looking for a full-time job from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients;
• Clear representation of the services we provide;

• Detailed consultation of the client about the services provided;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
• Building long-term relationships with customers and analyzing with improving customer experience;
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction;

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
