We’re looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Recruiting team and help us scale smarter. If you have a sharp sourcing mindset, a strong LinkedIn presence, and the ability to move fast without losing precision — we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
- Own the first stage of the recruitment funnel: conduct initial candidate search, screening, and analysis of resumes primarily via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Initiate and manage primary communication with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across technical and business roles.
- Post job vacancies on various job platforms.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on the candidate pipeline and report on any issues or blockers.
- Keep your pipeline up to date and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates .
What we expect from you:
- English — upper-intermediate or higher. You’ll be sourcing in global markets and communicating with international teams.
- A well-developed personal candidate database and strong presence on LinkedIn.
- Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, X-ray, market mapping.
- Completed training related to sourcing/recruitment, or an internship within an IT company.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple searches and deadlines.
- Structured, responsible, and responsive — we need someone we can rely on.
- Passion for talent sourcing and curiosity about people and skills.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience sourcing for tech / product roles.
- Strong personal talent network or communities you’re part of.
