Join us as an Infrastructure Support Engineer and play a critical role in supporting our high-performance teams—including quantitative researchers and software developers. You’ll be the go-to expert for technical troubleshooting, infrastructure optimization, and ensuring that our internal systems remain fast, reliable, and secure.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support for internal technical issues via our corporate communication platforms

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related problems quickly and efficiently

• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to roll out infrastructure enhancements and upgrades

• Perform proactive root cause analysis to identify and fix recurring issues

• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation and internal knowledge bases

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure roles

• Solid understanding of Linux systems and common infrastructure tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

• Clear, effective communication skills in English

• Curiosity, self-motivation, and a growth mindset

• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash)

Что мы ожидаем:

• Опыт в IT-поддержке или работе с инфраструктурой от 2 лет

• Знание Linux и базовых инструментов DevOps

• Английский на уровне, достаточном для общения в команде

• Умение разбираться в проблемах и находить решения

• Желание учиться новому

• Базовые навыки написания скриптов (Python или Bash)
