- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the community of users, developers and stakeholders involved in IT-projects.
- Foster and grow an active, engaged online community through social media, forums and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the company's IT-projects, products and initiatives.
- Monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and constructive environment.
- Gather community feedback, insights and suggestions to inform project development and improvements.
- Create, curate and distribute content such as updates, tutorials, FAQs and newsletters relevant to the community.
- Collaborate with the technical team to coordinate community-related campaigns and events.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Proven experience in community management, especially within the IT or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- General understanding of IT-projects, products and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and platforms effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data.
- Creative and proactive approach to engagement and content creation.
- Knowledge of social media tools, community management software and analytics platforms.
