Обязанности:
  • Perform timely execution, signing and storage of personnel documents on hiring, transfer, change of working conditions, disciplinary sanctions, vacations (all types), business trips and dismissals of employees of client companies, as well as keep records of the personnel of client companies and the staffing schedule, timesheets of the hours worked by employees of client companies.
  • Ensure the preparation, maintenance and accounting of employment contracts and other agreements, orders, workbooks, personal files and other personnel documents of employees of client companies in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Keep records of used and unused labor vacations, draw up and maintain vacation schedules for employees of client companies.
  • Draw up the necessary documentation (including orders) for providing bonuses/incentives to employees of client companies, as well as orders on the main activities of the Company (for example, approval of policies, appointment of responsible persons, etc.).
  • Issue certificates of employment to employees of client companies.
  • Maintain military records of employees of client companies in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Ensure the preparation and submission of necessary documents in accordance with the legislation on pension provision.
  • Provide explanations/consultations on labor legislation to employees of client companies, as well as data on personnel records management at the request of client companies.
  • Conduct checks of the status of personnel records documentation, personnel audits and draw up reports and plans for the restoration of personnel records of client companies.
  • Develop templates of orders and employment contracts in accordance with the Labor Code, as well as methodologies/instructions/procedures related to the provision of HR administration services to client companies.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide/consolidate personnel information and documentation on employees of client companies in a timely and correct manner for subsequent payroll calculations carried out by employees of the regular payroll services department.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reports.
  • Perform other work related to the production process, as instructed by the immediate supervisor and/or senior management.
  • Submit notifications of arrival of foreign employees of client companies on the visa and migration portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as needed).
  • Coordination of hiring new employees – calling candidates, scheduling meetings in the calendar (as needed).
Требования:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with personnel records management (HRM) and 1C ZUP 8.3
  • English level not lower than B1 (ability to read and write)
  • Experience with other HR projects (recruitment, interaction with suppliers under HR contracts) will be an advantage, or a desire to develop in these areas
  • Knowledge of the basics of migration legislation will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Structured approach to work, meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes
