Key Responsibilities
Managing HR and Administration functions in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan (HR Specialist KZ, Office Manager KZ & UZ in direct report).
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and regional specifics.
Overseeing full-cycle HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance review, motivation, development, and personnel records.
HR budget planning and management.
Enhancing corporate culture, internal communications, employee engagement, and resilience.
Applying modern HR tools (KPI, Talent Management, Employer Branding, HR Analytics).
Collaboration with HQ and global HR projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Ensuring compliance with the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
Effective liaison with local authorities regarding labor and corporate matters.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as HR Manager/Generalist, preferably in international or large regional companies.
Proven experience in building and transforming HR functions.
Hands-on expertise in org development, C&B, performance management, employer branding.
Experience working with government bodies and understanding HR specifics in Uzbekistan.
Solid knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor Code.
English — fluent business level (mandatory).
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior leadership.
