Tech Nomads became a participant of the Funding Readiness Programme by Barclays Eagle Labs, the largest accelerator for the UK's entrepreneurial community.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in a CTO or equivalent senior technology leadership position.
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI-driven SaaS platforms or products.
- Expertise with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, NLP, and automation technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
- Strong track record of building, leading, and scaling diverse technical teams.
- Demonstrated hands-on capabilities in coding, system design, and AI implementation.
- Experience in the global mobility, visa, relocation, or FinTech domains.
- Previous entrepreneurial or startup leadership experience
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in global mobility or financial services.
- Develop and execute the AI strategy and technical vision aligned with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
- Lead the technical architecture and AI systems design, ensuring scalability, security, and robustness.
- Oversee end-to-end AI product development from conceptualization to launch, managing AI product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Hands-on execution of critical tasks, including coding, model training, and system integration as needed.
Innovation & AI Development:
- Innovation & AI Development: Drive innovation through cutting-edge AI techniques, including LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation.
- Foster and maintain a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and rapid iteration.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities and performance.
- Directly contribute to technical development and problem-solving alongside the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure effective integration of AI components into the SaaS platform, maintaining a seamless user experience.
- Engage actively in cross-functional execution to deliver timely outcomes.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI and engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Define clear objectives, performance metrics, and professional growth paths for team members.
- Step in to execute and demonstrate tasks as a role model to the team.
- Ensure all AI systems comply with relevant ethical standards, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), and security practices.
- Develop best practices for responsible AI implementation and maintain transparency in AI decision-making processes.
