The open vacancy implies becoming a part of Zion Development’s flagship product – a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances and crypto. We work with customers all over the world and our user base already surpassed the 100-million bar.

If you are an experienced Data Engineer, self-driven, communicative & attentive to details, keen on bringing your visible impact to the product, we are looking forward for your response!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design the target architecture and migration strategy;

• Build ETL/ELT pipelines (Python + Airflow/Prefect, dbt);

• Set up data monitoring and tests (dbt tests);

• Support analysts (ad-hoc access, query optimization).

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience with Airflow (experience with Prefect is a plus);

• 2+ years of Python development experience;

• Experience with OLAP and OLTP databases;

• Experience working with dbt Labs;

• Strong SQL knowledge.

Python, Airflow (open to Prefect), dbt for the modeling layer, BigQuery / Clickhouse, MySQL / Postgres as data sources, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI for code deployment, Monitoring: Grafana
