ARKAD MANAGEMENT DMCC, an international management consulting company with an office in Dubai (UAE), is searching for an Administrative Assistant with mandatory relocation to the office in Dubai.
Priority is given to candidates residing in Dubai.
The salary and bonuses for the trial period and after the move will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

Support of the current document turnover and document control, including managing incoming and outgoing post, cooperation with courier services.
Communication with local authorities & organizations on daily company issues.
Assistance in HR management (employment, termination, visas, insurance, etc.).
Full control over office comfort and office supply (household goods, stationery and other inventory items necessary for the comfortable work of employees in the office).
Full administrative support of the office, assistance in organizational matters.
Welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls.
Support any administration ad hoc requests.

Requirements

1 year of relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of Russian.
Good knowledge of English (upper-Intermediate).
Ability to quickly find and organize all the necessary information.
Ability to use office equipment effectively.
High level of independence, responsibility and organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Quickness and good communication skills.
