Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end executive search projects for C-level and C-1 positions

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and create targeted search strategies

Identify and approach top talent through networks, market mapping, and research

Conduct structured interviews and apply proven leadership assessment methods

Evaluate cultural fit and leadership potential using recognised tools and frameworks
-
Present high-quality shortlists with clear justifications to clients

Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the process

Ensure a high-standard candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
Requirements:
-
Proven track record in executive search, preferably gained in a well-known global or top-tier recruitment agency

Strong expertise in market mapping, building talent pipelines, and senior hiring metrics
-
Solid experience assessing candidates for C-level and C-1 positions
-
Knowledge and application of leadership assessment tools and methodologies
-
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
-
High level of discretion, professionalism, and business acumen
-
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
