Responsibilities:

Manage and controlling Electrical works on site, and ensure the assets delivers and meets PPM targets following senior Electrical Engineer instructions

Taking control and management of Electricians and ensure the completion of PPM work.

Gives opinions on the developed projects, participates in testing and acceptance of power plants and networks for industrial operation.

Provides the preparation of applications and the necessary calculations for them for the purchase of power equipment, materials, spare parts and the connection of additional capacity to power supply organizations.

Organizes the development of measures to improve the efficiency of the use of fuel and energy resources the reliability and efficiency of the operation of power plants, the prevention of accidents.

Gives opinions on the developed projects, participates in testing and acceptance of power plants and networks for industrial operation.

Carries out control over the technical condition of buildings electrical structures and carries out maintenance at a frequency that ensures the efficient operation of the building.

Checks the readiness of buildings for operation in the autumn-winter period and ensures the implementation of works on preparation for seasonal operation of buildings, their elements and systems.

Develops schedules of planned preventive works for the reporting area, conducts control over the planned work at the facilities and performs the arrangement and setting of tasks for technical workers and other accountable persons.

Prepares work order, acts of work performed, defective statements for the repair of internal networks and buildings.

Keeps records of the work performed in the reporting area, prepares reporting documentation.

Controls the fulfillment by the consumers of utilities of their obligations under contracts.

Instructs workers directly at the workplace on safe work methods.

Ensures that employees comply with industrial and labor disciplines, makes proposals to impose disciplinary sanctions on violators.

Organizes advanced training of workers and conducts educational work in the team.

Carries out a technical examination of buildings, determines their technical condition, physical and moral deterioration.

Determines the need for material and technical resources for maintenance and repair of buildings.

Ensures compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements for the premises and the surrounding area.

Requirements:

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of: 6+ years of experience in related Electrical Works

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Experience in complex electrical scope management in a large public facility (event, shopping, hotels), preferably within Kazakhstan.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Experience in electrical supervision in a large public facility (event, shopping, hotels), preferably within Kazakhstan.

Strong functional knowledge of MV, LV, Transformer systems, as well for specific systems like UPS, CBS, LCS.

Strong functional knowledge of RoK PUE, SNiPs, Norms.

QUALIFICATION

High technical education in Electrical Energy
