We are now strengthening our team and seeking a driven and proactive Head of Sales who will take ownership of revenue management, sales growth, and increasing occupancy rates for our properties.
Your mission — ensure that every property is rented out, maintaining an occupancy rate of 95%+.
To achieve this, you will not only optimize existing processes but also develop new sales strategies, inspire your team, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Team Management

Build an effective sales system (B2C, short- and long-term rentals).

Ensure high occupancy levels (95%+).

Manage the sales team: set goals, monitor KPIs, motivate, and supervise.

Optimize the sales funnel — from first contact to booking.
Revenue Management
-
Implement dynamic pricing strategies.
-
Conduct market analysis and adjust rates in real time.
-
Manage OTA channels (Booking, Airbnb, etc.).
-
Create special offers and increase RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
Analytics & Processes
-
Conduct regular sales and revenue analysis.

Forecast revenue and implement growth strategies.
-
Set up transparent reporting and process monitoring systems.
Requirements
-
3+ years of sales and team management experience.
-
Proven success in revenue management.
-
Knowledge of key metrics (RevPAR, Occupancy, Conversion, etc.).

Proficiency in OTA and PMS systems.
-
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
-
English — B2 or higher.

Leadership, accountability, and results orientation.
