Mammoet Rus, a company providing heavy-lifting, heavy-transportation and engineering services for oil and gas, constriction, chemical and other industries, is currently in search of a skilled and active Contract Manager (construction contracting, lifting and transportation services).

What you will need to do:

• Lead the process of the contract terms negotiations with customers and contractors in Russian/English.
• Negotiate with customers and contractors at the pre-award and post-award stages.
• Manage contractual changes (receive approval on contractual changes with counterparties and relevant departments).
• Maintain contractual relationships as a single point of contact on contractual issues.
• Provide consulting support to internal customers (departments) and external ones regarding the administered contracts.
• Monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the parties.
• Participate in operational meetings with customers and contractors on the issue of fulfilling contractual obligations or making changes to the contract, including the meetings held in English.
• Manage and keep records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Prepare closing protocols and other documentation at the contract completion stage.

What is required for this:
• Higher education (preferably in law or economics).
• Skills in negotiating and defending contract positions, including negotiations in English.
• Skills in conducting construction contracts or contracts for the provision of lifting services, cargo handling services.
• Knowledge of the basics of contract law.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to details.
• High level of written and spoken English is required.
• Experience with EPC contracts and knowledge of English law will be an advantage.
