What You’ll Do:
- Architect, develop, and enhance software using Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Quarkus).
- Lead by example through clean code, solid architecture, and hands-on development.
- Integrate with diverse databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle) and external systems.
- Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
- Review code, share best practices, and elevate team standards.
- Mentor developers and help them grow their technical expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of professional Java experience.
- Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Quarkus, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid skills with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong grasp of software architecture and clean-code principles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Background in Agile teams.
