- Maintaining and managing tables and documentation: invoices, expense tracking, and planning in collaboration with the finance department.
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts with the legal department; sending for signatures and payments.
- Interacting with registrars and clients on financial and operational matters: domain payments, invoicing, and terms negotiation.
- Keeping records of domains, purchases, and related documentation.
- Ensuring data accuracy, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks on time.
- Collaborating with internal departments (finance, legal, technical) on operational issues.
- Initiating improvements and optimizing operational processes.
- Preparing reports on completed work and monitoring deadlines.
- Strong experience working with tables, documentation, and large volumes of data (Excel/Google Sheets) and task trackers (Jira, YouTrack, Confluence).
- Experience with invoices, contracts, and basic financial operations is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience interacting with domain registrars is a plus.
- English B2+ for professional correspondence (email, messaging).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently collect and verify information.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workflow effectively.
- Initiative and proactivity in task execution.
- Experience managing multiple processes/tables simultaneously is a plus.
