Family office based in Larnaca is seeking to recruit a capable and experienced Russian-speaking Senior Accountant/Chief accountant to join our expanding team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Director.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review and oversee all transactions within the Group of Companies and maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts to support financial decision-making
• In charge of recording and reconciliation of intra-group loans transactions
• Execute payments and bank transfers in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare payroll and social contribution payments ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Review of financial statements in accordance with established schedule or at the management request
• Prepare and/or review year-end tax computations, including the review of TD4 forms and coordination with external tax advisors
• Prepare various tax reporting forms in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus
• Prepare tax computations and assist with tax filings
• Provide tax and accounting advice to the Company’s Management
• Maintenance financial, tax and accounting risk management
• Perform other general accounting duties as required

Requirements

• A University Degree in (Finance/Economics), ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or partly qualified
• Proven experience in accounting within a multi-company/group environment
• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential, Greek language is considered as advantage
• MS Office, Internet, email, Experience with E-Soft and Payroll software will be considered as advantage
• Multi task, quick learning, being able to prioritize work, detailed, proven problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and responsible, ethical and reliable individual
