Sunmait Technologies is an international software development company with experience in the markets of US, Canada and Western European. We develop our own products and provide services for the development of web-oriented solutions and mobile applications in the areas of FinTech, Logistics, E-commerce, AdTech, MedTech, MarTech, PR, Blockchain.

We are looking for a Technical writer to learn, grow, and make an impact with guidance from an experienced mentor.

What you'll be doing:

• Writing and updating technical documentation: user manuals, feature descriptions, internal guidelines.
• Contributing to the description of architectural solutions and integration processes.
• Gathering information from developers and turning it into clear, structured text.
• Editing and simplifying complex technical texts to improve readability.
• Keeping documentation up to date after product releases.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong written communication skills.
• Is detail-oriented and able to structure information logically.
• Has English language skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
• Has basic experience with Google Docs/MS Word or similar tools.
• Is eager to learn and grow in the IT industry.

Will be a plus:

• Completed Technical Writing courses or some hands-on experience.
