With clients ranging from industry giants to promising startups, we’re shaping the digital future across various domains (including Printing & Publishing, Art & Culture, eCommerce, Retail, Logistics, AI and more).
Must-Haves:
- A proactive, people-oriented personality who enjoys connecting with others;
- Basic understanding of the full cycle of IT recruiting;
- 3 months+ of experience in IT Talent sourcing, or finished IT recruiting courses;
- Growing LinkedIn network and curiosity for talent scouting;
- B2/С1 Еnglish level.
Nice-to-haves:
- Any IT-related background;
- Fluency in other foreign languages.
