Platform Development Division is a team of professionals dedicated to developing and maintaining high-performance products. They work closely with other teams to ensure reliability and scalability, focusing on delivering top-notch services to our clients.

We are looking for a AQA Tech Leader to take charge of our test automation initiatives, leading the technical direction and ensuring best practices. This role will allow you to leverage your deep technical expertise while staying deeply involved in the hands-on aspects of automation and testing.

Our Stack:

• NodeJS (Mocha.js, Chai.js)
• HTTP API, Allure Report (Allure TestOps)
• MySQL (MariaDB), MongoDB, RabbitMQ
• Grafana, ELK
• Artillery.io/K6 for performance testing

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical strategy and execution of automated tests for backend services, ensuring high standards and efficiency
• Guide the development and maintenance of automated test suites while staying hands-on in automation tasks
• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to enhance test coverage and system reliability
• Drive the continuous improvement of the test automation framework to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Oversee the design and implementation of CI/CD test automation
• Generate detailed reports and insights, using data to inform decision-making and improvements
• Act as the technical go-to person for all things related to AQA, ensuring that the team follows best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in test automation, with a solid grasp of test suite design, development, and maintenance
• Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries to ensure data integrity
• Expertise in API testing across functional, performance, and security aspects
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship, even without direct people management responsibilities
• Intermediate English and fluent Russian.

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience with load testing (K6, JMeter)
• Understanding of performance bottlenecks and optimization
• Background in fintech product development
• Knowledge of relational databases, queries, stored procedures, and database development tools
