We are currently seeking a responsible and proactive Personnel Records Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel documentation, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of employee records, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. In this role, you will support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain personnel files.

Responsibilities:

Belarusian office

• Managing personnel records and employee files
• Maintaining employees' personal files and personnel records
• Handling admissions, dismissals, transfers, and documentation (business trips, certificates, contract extensions)
• Preparing activity orders and verifying timesheets
• Drafting and reviewing HR reports
• Maintaining and updating the HRM system (Zoho People)
• Assisting with social packages, benefit programs, and corporate events
• Supporting HR activities and the corporate portal

Georgian/Estonian/Poland entities

• Collaboration with our Low outsource companies in the Personnel Records management field

Requirements:

• Legal education
• Minimum 2 years as a Personnel Records Specialist
• English level B1 or higher
• Knowledge of the Labor Code and personnel records management
• Proficiency with 1C and Ilex systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Diligent, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about working with people and documents, with a drive for continuous improvement
• Willing to update professional knowledge
• Team-oriented, supportive, and committed to high standards in customer service (employees and managers)
