Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage domain transfers, registration statuses, and purchases
- Administer client accounts and resolve basic technical issues related to domains, hosting, and SSL certificates (adding domain records, adding additional services, reissuing invoices, checking email services)
- Purchase and manage client SSL certificates
- Check balances with registrars and hosting providers, initiate top-ups when balances are insufficient
- Organize internal processes: create checklists, templates, and automate routine operations
- Coordinate requests between clients, technical teams, and contractors (via Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, Slack, ticketing systems)
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation up to date (Confluence)
- Organize and conduct client calls in Russian and English
- Gather requirements, prepare and approve briefs (site structure, functionality, timelines)
- Hand off technical tasks to Project Manager
- Monitor task statuses, track deadlines, and alert about risks reported by clients
- Collect client feedback and adjust requirements together with PM/PO if client needs change
- Handle documentation: final reports, acts, closing documents
- Manage conflicts professionally and escalate complex issues to PM/PO
- Maintain long-term loyal client relationships
Requirements
Mandatory:
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Manager
- Basic understanding of domains, DNS, SSL, hosting, and email services
- Experience interacting with clients
- Experience managing client communications via messengers and calls
- Proficiency with tools: Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack
- English proficiency at C1 level (calls and correspondence)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multitasking environment
- Time management skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Cyprus
Nice to have:
- Experience in the domain or hosting industry
- Technical background (system administrator, technical support experience)
- Knowledge of ICANN and domain registrars
- Experience with APIs, CRM systems, and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Unitpay)
- Basic web knowledge: website development stages, understanding of CMS, differences between landing pages and multi-page projects
- Experience with hosting systems (cPanel, Plesk, ISPmanager)
