What you’ll do:

• Ensure ERP data accuracy and manage employee transitions between countries

• Verify calculations during cross-border transfers, relocations, or changes in employment type

• Oversee short-term incentive (STI) programs, including calculation, goal tracking, and budgeting

• Develop and update STI policies in line with market trends and business priorities

• Coordinate the annual salary review process, including matrices, recommendations, and compliance checks

• Participate in payroll budget planning for assigned business units, prepare calculations, and deliver presentations

• Conduct variance analysis on C&B budgets, monitor execution, identify deviations, and prepare reports with key insights

• Assess the competitiveness of fixed pay against market benchmarks

• Partner with HRBPs and Finance, providing analytics, participating in discussions, and driving solutions for complex cases

What you need to succeed:

• 3–5+ years of experience in C&B or HR Analytics within an international, multi-currency organization

• Strong knowledge of fixed pay structures and short-term incentive (STI) programs

• Experience designing and/or implementing bonus schemes and grading frameworks

• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills

• Proven ability to prepare data-driven reports and executive presentations

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and business ethics

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
